Mill Visit (20 April 2010)



Asian Paper will conduct a visit to some of the top mills in Thailand before the exhibition. Stamp your presence at these enriching visits and benefit from the tour – the stages involved in the paper making process, the use of leading-edge technologies and methods, as well as the opportunity for face to face discussions on site. Selected mills for Asian Paper 2010 are:-

Norske Skog (Newsprint Paper Mill)

Norske Skog is a leader of paper industry, manufacturer of newsprint and all kinds of paper for printing such as book, folded brochure, handbill, direct mail, and telephone directory, has offices and mills globally, including South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia countries.

Singburi Mill is the first and only newsprint paper mill in Thailand. At present, its annual production capacity is 135,000 tons by using advanced technology with 100% recycling process. Since Norske Skog has given crucial importance to the quality, environment, and public health and safety. The company was certified with the ISO9001:2000, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000.

Berli Jucker Cellox Limited (Tissue Paper Mill)

Berli Jucker Cellox Limited established in 1987 is now a leading and fast growing tissue manufacturer in Thailand with the current annual manufacturing capacity about 50,000 tons is a subsidiary of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited one of the leading consumer product companies in Thailand producing high quality tissue products under brands: Cellox, Zilk and Maxmo, and OEM brands, and committed to best serve our stakeholders, be a good business partner, and care for community.

Registration fee of S$105 per person per mill is chargeable which includes transportation, lunch and snack/refreshment. Registration is subject to screening and seats are limited and only open to advance booking accompanied with payment. Minors under 16 years old are not permitted to join this visit.
